Anything that doesn't fit is cut in the product sprint, in writing, before the price is fixed. It costs less than a 40-person agency because you pay for the two people writing the code and nothing else, and we build with the same AI-assisted workflow that put each of our own apps in the store in under a month.
How it goes
Two weeks, €8,000
A product sprint, credited to the build. A tested, clickable prototype on your phone, a technical plan and a fixed quote for the first version. It's useful on its own for investor meetings.
About ten weeks
The build, 30 h a week, fixed per scope. Paid in four milestones, each only after you accept that milestone's demo on your own phone. Stop after any milestone and keep everything. One build at a time, so your project never competes with another build.
After launch
€1,200 a month, cancel any month. Fixes, small features and releases, 8 h included. We help you interview your first engineer, and hand over cleanly when you hire.
Your code and IP, from day one. Your repository, your cloud and App Store accounts. Our contract with you assigns all code and IP to you.
Fixed price per scope. Changes are re-quoted before we build them.
Your tech team, for investors. Until you hire, we join investor technical calls as your contracted engineers.
If we can't finish. You pay only for accepted milestones, keep everything, and we hand over to an engineer you choose with two weeks of overlap at our cost.
Personal data in a first version
On the device first. If a feature can run on the phone, it does. Less data leaves, and there's less to secure.
Cloud AI. Personal data is swapped for placeholders before any cloud model sees it.
Medical or financial data. The sprint decides which model may see it, where it runs and what never leaves your server, in writing, before any code is written. On the device or on your own server is on the table from the start.
Your accounts. AI, analytics and hosting are in your name.
GDPR paperwork. We prepare first drafts of the DPA and privacy notice from our technical description of the AI feature; your lawyer reviews and finalises them. This isn't legal advice.
Insurance. Professional liability insurance on request, arranged before work starts.
